Very prompt. Estimator arrived as scheduled. Price was competitive. Job started to the minute it was scheduled. I always appreciate promptness by any contractor. My time is valuable and it's one less thing I need to chase. Work was done efficiently and the house looks fantastic. I will use again and also recommend them to others.
I hired North American Exterior Cleaning. David and Ryan came out and dealt with my gutters. It took extra time as they had to deal with my gutter guards which were screwed down to clean the gutters all around my 2.5 story house. They notified me how bad they were because of a past contractor not cleaning the roofing shingles and debris, but did not detract from the work they did. They had to spend extra time cleaning my downspouts as a few were fully blocked with the debris. They never complained and there was no extra charges for the problems they faced. I checked how the job was going several times why they were here. They worked together when needed to hold the ladder and separately when they were able. They were able to get everything cleaned and working. Both were very friendly and did a great job. I even hired them to power wash my house which they took a very dirty house and got it back to rights. I recommend and will hire them again.
